Client Objectives
Previously located in the PacWest Center in Portland, Oregon, Markowitz Herbold moved into 19,424 square feet and several decks located on the top three floors of Broadway Tower to expand and modernize their offices. They sought to establish an elegant, contemporary, yet functional space that could meet their unique needs while also making an excellent impression on their wide range of high-profile clients.
